Hi - I’m interested to get one condo for own stay. Anyone came across any info about latest rebate, and units availability?
Also, any particular differences in between Cemara Damai vs this Emerald Hills? Thanks. |

I've been staying in Cheras all my life - some say Cheras ah beng Fast forward (20+ years later), I do feel serenity and peaceful, still, as soon as I turn my car into Alam Damai area - albeit the heavy traffic flow now, as most cars would like to bypass the Persiaran Alam Damai by going thru small roads. Over the years, there has been vast improvement in terms of roads access and facilities surrounding Alam Damai and the area as a whole. Back then, there was only 1 road access and that was via Len Seng which was shared by more than 10 tamans' and if you managed to stay put till now, congratulation cause you made it! 15 mins to LRT/KTM/ERL/MRT/BTS, 20 mins to MEX & Sg Besi to access south of KL, 30 mins to KL town (pick the correct timing), 15 mins to MRR2 to access East of KL, and 15 mins to access West of KL via Kesas. 10 mins to East-West Link highway to access North & West of KL from Alam Damai. I don't think you would have any issue in accessing any parts of KL, and it is alot more convenient now. want to avoid toll? sure - 15 mins to BTHO, 15 mins to The Mines via backroad access. Like I said, despite the heavy traffic flow, I do feel the serenity and peaceful, still, at Alam Damai - small little park for greenery and serenity, an-ok community with loads of amenities and facilities. As of EH, I'm also one of the owners of EH's condo unit - thanks to the friendly sales personnel whom I met via this forum (thanks bro! It was not because of the EH's freehold, swimming pool, club house, gated community, etc. In a nutshell, this may not be a perfect area, but it's close to perfect for me. High density and narrow road access? try to share 1 road access with more than 10 tamans', then you'd feel this narrow road access is a piece of cake. Hopefully this the other side of opinions may assist you in one way or another, and if it's not, good also - I don't need to stuck together with you in this already heavy traffic flow area Peace out |
