Just checked on the show units as well as the area.

Pricing wise looks tempting.

I am not familiar in this part of the world, there is this forest reserve which is great (although no one knows how long it can last until more concrete jungle mushrooming) as well as the man made lake that looks very pleasing

If to comes in thru MRR2 and drive past lots of housing area, will that area jam in morning? or that PRIMA project residents will add on the jam burden? that is something that to consider

Anyone with experience of Guocoland's quality? How is their workmanship so far? How is the developer's response to owner's complaint? As good as Tan & Tan or as bad as MS?

I'm staying in Alam Damai for the last 9 years. The jammed started at OCBC until Bandar Tun Razak junction. If u working in KL city centre, u can always bypass the jam by using the road at Mandarina Court to punch into Connought (Lebuhraya Timur Barat) and enter Smart tunnel. Usually i leave my house around 7.15am after drop my kids at kindergarden near OCBC n will reach my office around 8.00am..

If u are mrr2 user, will be abit headict as currently there r construction along the ocbc to bandar tun razak junction..otherwise u using len sen area and enter jalan cheras (opposit leasure mall) and enter roundabout near tesco cheras there to enter mrr2..but i seldom using mrr2, so not so familiar

On the guocoland quality, i dont hv any experience.

Hi!! Thanks for the info and appreciate someone whom are living there able to give first hand traffic info around the area. Take note and roughly know the traffic situation.

Anyone know or experience with Guocoland's quality or workmanship?
