Where do y'all source good steamboat ingredients? Dun like those sold in Tesco.. Maybe something more premium, handmade stuff?

Or do I have to "dabao" directly from the steamboat restaurants..

I know a shop in Taman Muda, Ampang near the pasar pagi but am looking for other options

I know NSK Kuchai Lama has a section particularly for steamboat items.. To my memory it only had some generic items like mushroom, fishballs, noodles, sauces. Got anything special there? I'll definitely pay a visit thanks
