Where do y'all source good steamboat ingredients? Dun like those sold in Tesco.. Maybe something more premium, handmade stuff?

For me, I normally went to wet market (they have sell all those steamboat food). For sup wise, i normal boil (ikan bilis sup) and then add tomyam paste. for extra taste, i will add serai, daun limau, cili padi, and some asam skin ( direct translate from chinese).
