Samsung's new television which looks like a picture frame is now available in New Zealand.
The Frame, which won Best of Innovation at the CES tech event earlier this year, is designed to display digital art as well as perform as a television.
It comes in two sizes - 55-inch ($3999) and 65-inch ($5999).
While most televisions are made to look good in the corner of your lounge, the Frame is designed to be as unobtrusive as possible.
It's intended to double as a piece of art, and has three different frame options – white, beige wood, and walnut - so it can match any room.
In "art mode", it displays pictures from a range of 100 pieces of digital art or your own images. You can also buy additional pictures.
It comes with a cable connection box which is designed to be hidden, with only a thin, clear cable connecting it to the television.
However, it still works as a conventional television and features a 4K QLED display, which delivers better colours and more brightness than a standard LED television.
