Midvalley Ok, just my bike can't really fit in when tried to go in and out the paybooth... but for small capacity bike should not be an issue.

Update.. If you want to go KL Sentral, you can actually parked inside Hilton premier parking, if you can squeeze your bike between the parking portal, then there's a bike parking on your left, in front of Hilton security office. Just park ur bike there, then filled up the "guest" book ledger by the wall (slightly inwards) pretend you go to either le meridien or hilton, then you can park all day there.

Protected from the rain, and observed by the security of Hilton hehehe....

Hello, anyone knows about the IOI citymall putrajaya >500cc bike parking just in front of the shopping mall entrence?

Signboard says motorcycle parking is available there, but the only 2 boomgate/entrence is just for cars - there is no smaller boomgate for >500cc bikes? Or do i have to act like a car/pay same price like a car to park the premium parking?

Same entry as the car.. go to the barrier and ticket dispenser take the ticket and enter.. park at the designated big bike slot parking bay... yes you pay premium parking rate same as car..

just want to share with you (again) in case I forgot, for those who want to park near KLCC area, you can use the bike parking at tower3 basement parking.. the entrance from Jalan P. Ramlee .. (Where all the night club are) and there is a ramp going down to the basement just at the junction of Menara TA and if turning right you headed towards Aston/Hilton hotel.

You can park next to BMW or Ducati parked there, in case worried about your brake caliper safety..

Fee is 2 Rm whole day.. (don't loose your ticket) and paid at the machine near the KLCC LG floor mall.. (near the Nyonya Colors)

For those who want to go Bangsar Shopping Center, can park at Menara BRDB (Just taller office building next door)

Go towards the back of the building (through their lobby) and there's a sign of Car Park entry.. go in there.. just right after the entrance (before the Car Park Barrier gate) .. to the left is big bike parking and to the right is small bike parking..

Bike parking in KLCC should be on their confined space separated from car park.. why on earth that bike park near the car parking lot?

scott garden is like dead now aft tesco moved out.

ive parked there since early tesco days, n now wit decathlon + mr diy moved back there.

so i only know tht level where decaton + mrdiy is. maybe other level also can park bike.

frm okr heading to mid valley, scott gar on ur left jz aft the npe overhead, u turn left, go up the slope. u will see entrance for car on ur right, pass that, n right aft tht u will see a smaller entrance with no barrier, ur bike can go in there.
once inside go straight one level down, turn left go straight, u will see entrance on ur left, tht is the level where tesco used to be, behind the rows of cars, u can park ur bike there.

I guess a zx-6r or ninja 400 would be very manageable la. haha okay thanks a lot man!!!

This talking about the MV bike parking when you go up the ladder end up in front of Maybank/Pondok Police right?

Parked there before on the Big Bike section with my RT.. its almost the width of Kancil, a bit struggle when you pay parking due to small entrance and immediate turning into the big bike section but manageable if you know how...

What you need to do since you going to park there daily, increase the security of ur bike by upgrading your brake/master caliper with security bolt and nuts.. since its the easiest to steal instead the whole bike..

Radial mounted was an example, not literally all that they would target. MT07, Versys, ER6F/N all have dual front discs, which many of these crowd like to mod onto their kapchais. The Vulcan S is the only outlier there because it has a relatively unimpressive brake system. Generally there is always a reason.

On the other hand, are there many cases for R25, Z250, Ninja 250, etc.?

Also, please don't misunderstand. I'm not trying to say people shouldn't be careful and not take security measures, but that there is still a scale that exists for desirability of these calipers. Otherwise, we wouldn't have such things as 'motor sejuk' and 'motor panas'. Kapchai are also equally vulnerable to theft depending on the model, after all, like the Y15ZR V2 head thefts recently.
*
well logically anything bigger than Kapchai has better braking system if their brake caliper applied to a kapchai?

or perhaps I am wrong? off course the Brembo or Nissin is with gold shining is the primary target, but then if they have opportunity and potential victim why not?

Saw few abandoned bikes on the road and it ranges from Jaguh until RGSports - Mostly kapchai, and guess what, many of them have front brake disc and caliper... (saves the drum brake ex5, but they also missing front rim and such..

The point is, no matter what, better safe than sorry... invest a bit for extra protection wont do no harm.

What bike were u riding when u parked at jaya one? i went survey the area and the lanes are very narrow but you can park right near the payment booth, but the rates for bigger bikes are the same as car which is expensive
*
Dont go into JaYa one unless you ride Kapchai.. the parking designed in a way by people who think bike can navigate in a staircase...

Got my friend stuck there with a BMW bike..

If you want, park at Gasket Alley opposite..

I wonder if it is safe to park overnight at genting premium outlet....any idea guys?
*
Better Don't,

Got one case GTR 1400 Kawasaki stripped down the brake caliper and master cylinder while parked there overnight.. And the best part is.. when the thief knew it using special nut on the master cylinder, they took the entire handle bar out from the bike..

Smart bastards...

I tried parking at midvalley bike parking before.  At one time I was "stuck".  Couldn't maneuver out as I have two side boxes.

So whenever I go to MV, I will just park outside of the bike parking, right before the palang.  and give the jaga a few ringgit.

I almost got stuck in one utama before at the new wing bike parking.  Had to gostan all the way out.

Believe you, one time managed to squeeze my BMW RT with 2 panniers in the basement parking after moving a few other kapchais.. lesson learned never bring the big bike into mall parking

Or if you must in Midvalley.. find the Midvalley Pondok polis (next to Maybank), in front got a bikes parking covered with plant pots and a chain at the entrance.. you can enter there to park your bike for a while ..
