Gym popped up like mushrooms, but how many people that actually want to sign up for gym membership?

If people started to aware of this, u can see many Malaysian out there have a nice body. But so far I see most of them are skinny, fat, chubby and normal body.

your grand father's generation is just the same

y would people come up with dress codes, uniforms and stuff like that for?
and these things comes from your grandfather's generation and the generations before

if they dont have that many members do you think they can hold out this long that you still can see them around???

Last time swim with my friend wear tshirt and then kicked out by the guard..

private pool among close frens 6 of us.

I think the social media has to be blamed for this.

They keep pushing the image of the ideal male body to the men, and men have become very self conscious to the point that they become "malu" if they take off their shirt in front of others.

Where as in the past, guys just don't care. My uncles generation don't even care what other think of them, fat or unfit, they just don't care.

But it has become a 'MUST" for guys to have nice body before they lose their shirts.

Well as a guy that actually has Loose Skins and Saggy Moobs I do love to take off my shirt and go to Pool just to show off those Whales back into their habitat on how pathetic they are being Whale.

Sometimes I even take off my shirt and simply go out of my house Taman to walk as well.

WHY GUYS NOWADAYS SO NOOB GOT BODY IMAGE ISSUE!?
