aih.....i think the new sports facilities were built jz for display,....new pool, new stands, new duno wat building, new gym...hahaha...
honestly the mmu gym is too small....5 person is jz nice, more den that, its like pasar malam...

sometimes, i go to cyberpark's gym and train too....hehe...got treadmill and swimming pool.

ps-i kinda went to gym on gal's day for once(tuesday).....den kena halau straight...ahha

and there was a notice..."beware, still under construction"..

Ok, upside down i know.... ,no gym for long time but at home, I think im too thin phtoto taken since > 21-8-2008...ergg~~ tryin hard to get the my breast hahaha and lower pacs as well , but then still worryin abt my arms Tri and Bi-ceps , even taken protiens still no much of changes hmm....my diet sometime >I luv Mee-Goreng !! btw haha
