arghhh! i still think my body sucks! rolleyes.gif

whoaa! you like him as well? we're on the same goal then. but i'll be more than happy to have just some shapes here and there.
it'll take me ages to get there without those additional supplements and no gym(as where i am so far!)

good luck to you, mate!

does biceps really help much on a wall climb?
i'd think that it's more of triceps, shoulders and lats right?
*
a lil' for speed climbing. other than the 3 parts, most important was the fingers laugh.gif thats why i incorporated a lot of grips training like bruce lee's sweat.gif
i found out the the best workouts at home was the cable grip pull/front and any pullups style; be it wide or close. maybe more equipments will be available in the gym sweat.gif

and thats why i asked darklight79 for triceps training tips.
mine's just hardened and no defination at all.

nothing beat the fun of being able to climb up to the highest point and then..... just a parachute on the way back laugh.gif

too late.
those years from free running and lifting weights and breakdancing already tore my skin ....it's okay, z princess doesn't mind. lol

i'd like to join you for wallclimbing. I seriously do, cuz I've heard how much fun it can be. I'm very eager to try.
*
lucky guy you've got an understanding princess. rclxms.gif
for starters, you can try the one in 1U. a few celebrities happened to be into wall climbing as well. but that wasn't the main attraction. the fun and satisfaction was!
try with the easiest all the way to the hardest routes. since you are into break dancing, bet you hands should have no problem handling 'em.
for next climbing trips, am planning to go to victoria, au. there is this mountain that sounds like african name, can't recall what was it already. waiting for the useful information from my buddy there.

argh! sorry for being out of topic. back to bb.

continue out of topic...

can join 1U rock climbing on per entry basis? last time i went there, it requires to join by package.
*
for 1U, walk-in visitors will have to fill up the membership application form and thick on the membership term as of single visit, prepay for certain months or autopay for a year...
alternatively, you may try the summit climbing gym in the summit, usj.
they usually charge around 14 bucks per entry. as usual, you need to agree to the t&c tongue.gif

natural trek usually offer a lot more fun but they require higher level of endurance and guts thumbup.gif

dude even though its called rock climbing, besides strength whats important is flexibility
i saw fatasses way fatter than u in aussie climbed the ayers and all sorts of vertical limits
i think i can qualify cuz im improving on poundages but my grip SUCKS like hell

besides the gripper, what else in the gym can help me with my sucky grips?
i hate it when i have enough strength to carry an extra 5-10 more pounds but my palms macam terbakar...a sign of bad gripping
what more now my cyst ok a bit after aspiration...yay
more excuse to go gym
*
you can do exercise at home. finger push ups/one hand finger push ups, chin ups/wide chin ups and hand grips. these are the most effective workouts for wall climbers. don't forget the usual workout for legs as well; stationary bicycle at home or speed and hill mountain biking.

......back to bb.
