DYC if I recall correctly when talking to the guy. Anyway I dropped by AutoSaver and got it fixed for RM190. Apparently it was the absorber link rod that was worn and so one pair was installed, incidentally an OEM version (I couldn't see the brand name).

Now I'm focused on getting the light flicker issue...

Just to update that i got the kluk kluk sound fixed. It was the absorber link as well. The rubber part was worn out and got both sides replaced. Total damage was rm125 per side x 2. So not too much damage there.

As promised, i've changed parts listed as below. A mixture of Ori and OEM depending on the stockist.

- Lower Arm Bushes Big and Small (Ori & Oem)
- Ball Joint (oem)
- Tie Rod (Ori & Oem)
- Rack End (Oem)

Handling improves a lot compare to last time for sure. But still having shaky steering when high speed. Probably balancing and dented wheels. Regarding to kluk kluk sound, currently all has been eliminated.   

All the items above are from Express Mobis for RM445 + GST. Labour RM100 for installation, bushing labour 100. Total 200 labour + 445 = 645.

yes dude. Since my foreman said workable with the bushes then i will give it a try. Bushes + labor for both side still cost lesser than 1 piece of new lower arm.

550 both lower includes bushes is cheap. But is it original or oem? If original its cheap. I get quoted for 280-300 per lower arm(ori). Exact ori bushes price should be Big 45 Small 35.

Seems like side mirror failing is a common issue... my passenger side mirror just failed to move with with non stop turning sound. Just disconnected the cable to stop it moving.

Best solution is to buy from taobao and replace?

Bro, regarding the fuel pump filter, do you know where is the exact location of fuel pump filter? last month i sent my car for service and one item is replace fuel pump filter. I actually suspect SC did not change as i didn't see them remove the rear seat and take out the pump. I did question them and they said they have changed. After i sat in the car, i did not smell any fuel smell (if they open the cap below the rear seat, i believe the fuel smell will come out)....

I'm looking at purchasing a used Forte and have a question regarding the Body Kits that (i think) were added mid-way through 2011 and forward.  Is it possible to remove the body kit?  I personally like the look without and i think it would add a couple of CM of clearance as well.

which side? if not gear but motor then have to replace or to live with it already.
if u need used I have passenger side and driver side, i bought new one because lazy to repair.

passenger side all good and intact, some paint chip.
driver side replaced gear before but somehow cant flip again after few weeks. (probably bad installation/loose)
