Phantasy Star Online
Shenmue
Skies of Arcadia
Tech Romancer
Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein
Frame Gride (Medieval Armored Core= Awesome)
Dead or Alive; No, not that volleyball shit. I'm talking about tag-team battles that was cool in DoA2
CannonSpike; With Capcom's new character count now, it'll be fun to have a top-down 2.5D shooter/beat-em-up

Non-DC titles:
Dino Crisis; A direct sequel to DC2, and Dc3 never happened.
Einhander; Squaresoft's sidescrolling shooter
Viewtiful Joe; Capcom should stop being a jerk and make peace with Platinum Games. Where's my VJ3!?
Fatal Frame; Now PS3 gonna have the waggle too, so they should not make it a Wii-exclusive.

FINAL FANTASY 6! HD Kefka FTW.
