Why limit yourself to only one
Different parts of the world also has different flavors. I've tried biryani in klang valley vs. Penang vs. Mumbai vs Hyderabad vs London vs NYC and they're all slightly different but are all excellent. Have so far tried nasi arab only in Malaysia, Saudi and UAE and to be honest they're all about the same |

am not too sure, i feel like a lot of foreign dishes were adjusted to Malaysian tastes i.e more spice, more gravy, more creamy kinda food. but i love Lamb Kabsa. there's a lot of taste in Kabsa rice

Different city and country use different variety of spices. However, a proper briyani should be cooked with the meat, stock, dairy ghee and basmatic rice, which hardly could find in the kangkong land.
