I have a hunch that it will be subject to change, but a lot of the questionnaires are getting feedback such as the need for a balcony, whether the unit should have a flexi wall, a yard and even getting the details as to the sort of facilities needed such as a pool, sauna, gym, etc.

Must have balcony, small also acceptable, flexi wall apply to many spore new private condo long time ago, sauna a bit old fashion nowadays, 1090 & 1200 got dual key?

Many buyer/investor prefer semi furnished, move in condition during vp so no need wasting time do renovation...how about this project?
