Yes but uber set the fares only for Klang Valley, the price outside of Klang Valley have to ownself deal with the driver coz the Uber account for a particular driver is only in one city, so let say go to Melaka, once outside seremban border the driver is on his own, so once reach melaka he cannot get any request to go back to KL

Likewise drivers in other states, they cannot receive request if they are out of their city region..

my experience with klia2 taxi driver was bad as well, even with competition from uber and grab, it seem these driver still treating their customer like shit.

got twice i waited near petronas roadside while waiting for my mom's flight to touchdown.
i parked abit further after petronas and sit in car play handphone, in just 10 minutes suddenly my front back long stretch suddenly got many cars parked. i thought maybe also ppl come fetch relatives from airport wait here.

now u mentioned it, yea maybe uber/grab drivers hahaha... and not long after those cars parked a long line along the roadside, polis trafik come halau already. damn kanasai i also have to drive forward some more until almost reach airport, park roadside after the last traffic light. also got lotsa cars but no polis trafik come kakacaucau. come to think about it lucky i didnt kena kacau from taxi drivers

They can't act like that. Uber/Grab is legal. They just have to improve their service la. Its a competition. Normal in business/services.
