changed to Uber, within seconds got driver.

complains to Grab on twitter... they never give me free ride also... hmm.gif

Personal experience. Two person, with two medium sized luggage bags. Teksi standard tabulih muat, kena pakai limo. I ended up taking Uber. Cheaper some more.

For me example i dont wear really good if i am going to airport to fetch my relatives / fren / gf
Phone holder, hand grabbing telephone and text is more enjoying than typing on the phone supported by holder.

Nice and tidy car, serve mineral water etc

Most uber grab drivers are living paycheck by paycheck, barely any savings at all thats why they prefer cash so that can use it to pump petrol.

at unearthly hours between 3 am to 5 am, higher chance to get grab than uber.

got 3 taxi drivers come to me and ask me rudely whether im uber driver or not
i show them my phone, no uber apps installed

Last time kena force by taxi to get down of the car because the road to my house is too jammdd. Ended up walking almost 2km back to my house under hot sun.

After that never use taxi again

Nowadays Grab drivers are also picky.
Uber drivers, OTOH, tend to cancel a trip if the rider doesn't show up within 5 minutes.
