Though, this area had been in "potential" for very long. Since Kwasa Land developing the whole area. Still waiting for the potential to ripe- as it might take many years more.

The area still a little disorganize right? lack of main road to clear the traffic, 2 obvious exits is via KD and Subang airport- both are not really ideal. otherwise, gonna wait for Dash

Elmina is booming? perhaps it will take time as well.... Denai alam been >10 years yet to bloom

yea still developing.... kwasa land developing... but generally til now still lack of big movement yet... maybe this mixed development will be able to complement some of it... haha..... DASH is a main factor for this area.... so everyone can have more options... haha.... elmina and denai alam are major residential townships.... hardly will boom since occupancy rate is low before the basic amenities sorted out.... lol

I heard something went wrong recently on the piling equipment and things will resume back in November. Anyone aware of this? please update if you guys found anything

I’m staying beside this project... the work seem like never stop since it start... recently they just putting up the billboard around the construction site and it’s named Nadayu801...

But the website is not working now... no further information showed...

this project is under nadayu one... DK one is another project bro... slightly further inside... but should be on the similar land...

none... wont wanna stay in an area where they might be alot students around... and the property here not cheap also for subang 2 kind of standard... kelana jaya better choice than here at least...

I thought DK is a bit far from HELP, maybe not much student will choose there...
