i did mentioned this to them before.. they say this condo is along the MRTshuttle bus route to mrt... not sure how true izzit.... lol

yeah... mydin will take the biggest piece of the land.... i think the 700 units will be separated by 4-5 blocks... they dont have the actual master plan to show me yet....

I stay near that area since 10+ years ago...
That area can ride bicycle to HELP, about 3KM only.

i think it's just beside and stick together, from google map, the mydin (from that picture) location was on current industrial area

yea... the DK one have studio units... but at slightly further location.... and no mixed developments.... this project near to mydin, below gt shoplots and the sizes quite ok for rental play....

Yes, quite jam.
The road leading to Jalan sungai buluh are half build, 2+2 lane road but now only open 2+0 lane.
Traffic should be better after all ready has been opened. Dunno when fully open the road tho. I waited for 10+ years liao.
