SNC is dry AF.. just a normal roast duck that u can find at pasar pagi or those afternoon vans.
lol do you know what you talking about? I tried most of roast goose around Pudu. Chen Chen has an unfresh taste and pretty bland cos of thick meat like eating big slabs of fillet meat. Probably poor seasoning or not seasoned long enough. The other one Siew Ngap Fai similar. The other one right at end of Lorong Yap Hin in a shed also poor. Only one acceptable is Wei Kee . Probably cos meat is thin so seasons through and more tasty
