Hello maxis community, I need a little more information here. My mother received a called from maxis saying that she will get a free S8, Oppo R9 or a few other options if she continues with her MaxisOne 158 plan for another 2 years. Would she be charged for the phone in that 2 years? Or is it just for the plan? Thanks.

every 2 years whn u complete a plan cycle.. you will have to demand for it.. at least you receive the call from maxis which is good. basically phone is no charge/free.. but you have to maintain the line and plan for the next plan cycle which is 2 years.

That's why I was quite skeptical about it when she told me. She's already on the maxis plan for 2 years and it is paid by her company.

if company pay, then continue to take the package la.

I believe it's a personal plan

But company only pays for the plan and nothing else. If maxis suddenly hantam hidden charges every month we still have to pay

if they offer you free phone, mana ada lagi hidden charges?

anyway Maxis come clarify.

what do you mean by account tenureship? old customer? more than 10 years customer here, but no such offer from maxis.

Wow! Free S8... I with Maxis almost 15 years++ now plan MO 188..... nothing was offer to me..... so sad & disappointed....heart scattered....... really need to relook.....
