I"m Desiree, very very young diver ( less then a yr) but am crazy in love with diving. Too bad i stay in KL and i can't visit the island as much as i wanted to.

hi all, did my OW in tenggol in May and then did a couple dives in Gili last week.

Looking to do more asap before doing AOW (to be more comfortable in the water first and get buoyancy right ).

Any recommendation on where to dive in Malaysia in October - December (or other countries with cheap flight/dive packages )

While you're at the shop check out the Mares Avanti Quattro+. I haven't used either fin, but that's what I prefer if I'm looking at getting a Mares fin. It has a simpler construction and comes with bungee straps standard. If you don't know what bungee or spring straps are, try them out at the shop and see how easy it is compared to a buckle strap.
