He said the culture there is that the manager will scream and shout in a rude manner when something happens...

I wonder how many company that practice this....
let us exclude the Local and typical chinamen company...

It is normal in industries. The fact that every single output is critical, you can't tolerate a mess up. In my company, "maki" is our breakfast.

Either you take note your bosses blabbering about and improve, you're most welcome to find other job.

If you can't keep up with the high stress and full of scream and shout working environment, go and become a salesperson or open own business.

Later, if you're the boss, I think you're the one scream at your employee when mistakes happen.

Habis tu kalau orang bawahan asyik nak lenggang je buat kerja. Nak marah salah, tak marah nanti pijak kepala, bila nasihat baik baik,masuk telinga kanan keluar telinga kiri. Sakit hati baiiii. Dapat pulak orang bawahan umur 40 ke atas, dia punya degil laaaaa.

My colleagues dont scream n shout..but they will say in a rude manner to me. Meanwhile if one of the people in their gang does the same mistake, they will just joke around..

I used to think like that till I become employer.

try taking care of the whole department and see. U treat employee well they started comparing with each other, even the low performing one will expect best treatment from u irregardless. When u treat lazy stupid shit well the hard workers felt neglected and end up everyone sama sama lazy. Towards the end no matter how well u treat them they will still feel they are not being treated right.

Maybe some other country u can be good boss la, but in Malaysia where laziness is so rampant it's just impossible to be good to them peasant shit
