Suddenly receive SMS few days ago on their  activation of HyppTV everywhere plan A promo followed by order ID xxx completed  sms.

I didn't apply for anything but since the sms showed RM0/per month . I  just ignore it.

My housemate who hold the account received calls from TM people saying that free upgrade with additional of RM10 to the monthly payment without any contract.
Well, if the call said no contract and just additional of RM10 onto the monthly payment and the upgrade can be done means it's from TM people already.

Problem now is, the call itself said no contract with additional of RM10 for the monthly payment.
Although customer like us already voiced our complaint to a department, the TM company seems like act quietly or silently without caring on their customers.
When customer "naik darah"  then only the TM will explain properly, UNLIKE how they offered us in the call saying only additional of RM10 to monthly bill and without contract.
Additional info, my housemate who holds the account never sign or say the word of agree on any renewing for the old contract.

I am a Malaysian, I want to say, "Syarikat TELEKOM MALAYSIA is very fuc****.".         
Our hostel got 6 people only including me and we all always communicate with each others (not like never socialize at all punya orang).
We got our Facebook group also to keep updating with each other about anything of the hostel.
Now, we feel TM like never concern on what they did by using agents to work outside.

ala buat pe kasi viral? LOL, orang sembang sebab nak cari solusi daripada orang yg ada experience ma... mana tau akan join share exp. Kalau u ada cara nak solve benda ni, share sikit la.
Bukan nak viral buat dendam. Sry man...kalau nak viral buat dendam itu bukan budaya orang Bangsa Johor.
