> TM silently renewing contract?

What had happened actually, I don't really get it with this TM when TM charge my hostel UNIFI subscription for RM1131.60!!!
The plan my hostel used to subscribed was the 50Mbps UNIFI with RM209/monthly payment.

Earliest, the plan was just a normal 10Mbps UNIFI but TM keep offering free UNIFI speed upgrade from 10 to 30 then 30 to 50.
Remember it, FREE UPGRADE as said by the TM!
Funny thing is, TM upgraded and renewed the contract of my hostel UNIFI without our consent.
Cb TM, tak send email or surat langsung... vmad.gif ranting.gif

Suppose, my hostel can terminate the plan on APRIL 2017 (because the contract ended on APRIL 2017) but due to the "upgrading and renewing" of contract, so the contract date will be pushed to later months.
So, my housemate went to file a complaint to SKMM. The issue was solved by the SKMM as mentioned by them.
When my housemate went to TM place and applied for termination, the TM said the termination is not allowed as the case of termination of contract still opened.
Then, TM said the case requires 14 working days to be investigated.
After 14 days, my housemate went to apply for termination, cakap benda sama je?
TM dragged from APRIL > MAY > JUNE > JULY(now).

The fuc**** TM macam tak kisah langsung their customer's problem. So, that is the quality of their staffs!

Suddenly receive SMS few days ago on their activation of HyppTV everywhere plan A promo followed by order ID xxx completed sms.

I didn't apply for anything but since the sms showed RM0/per month . I just ignore it.

The Tribunal For Consumer Claims Malaysia will take action?

They memang tak kisah.. LEL. SKMM should be able to help you guys. But they did say free upgrade, maybe with terms and condition.

TM been doing this since 2012...
Side note, if the issue was solved by SKMM, technically TM would need to rectify the problem within a month. Seems it is not solved yet since TM still hasn't solved it Lol biggrin.gif

inb4 Technically you agreed to the renewal through the phone. Probably you forgot, or just "ambil tak kisah" attitude....

They can pusing by saying free upgrade means u can upgrade for no charge or penalty. Didnt say same amount u are paying b4 biggrin.gif

as long as is part of the gv, their fxxking altitude is like that and don't layan you langsung as long as they have duit masuk to their pocket.
what we can do is everyday keep call to update until them boar and will move fast to settle it

Well, if the call said no contract and just additional of RM10 onto the monthly payment and the upgrade can be done means it's from TM people already.

Problem now is, the call itself said no contract with additional of RM10 for the monthly payment.

Our hostel got 6 people only including me and we all always communicate with each others (not like never socialize at all punya orang).
We got our Facebook group also to keep updating with each other about anything of the hostel.
Now, we feel TM like never concern on what they did by using agents to work outside.

i already emailed kpdnkk,CFM and TM .. still needs to wait 14 days for a dispute billing of hypptv termination .. ohmy.gif right now exceed my credit limit due to that dispute billing thus no internet for me right as i wont pay that disputed billing till all settled.. +_+

Maybe if do like Namewee can solve it? HAHAHA...btw, the account isn't on my name. It is my housemate's name. Since it involves our hostel, we are finding solution now.
Any "dog" who attempt conflict please understand situation properly first. TQ for those who sharing your experience and opinion or idea.

U said it urself. Free upgrade with additional RM10. This is not the free upgrade as mention by PM. Free upgrade by PM have no additional charge on ur monthly commitment thus no contract renewal.

Anything with additional monthly commitment is consider as an upgrade; not free upgrade which is why they renew the contract. I bet that agent want sales thus he said free (but u topup rm10 laugh.gif which is not free at all).

Biasanya ni kerja reseller lah ni.
