The plan my hostel used to subscribed was the 50Mbps UNIFI with RM209/monthly payment.
Earliest, the plan was just a normal 10Mbps UNIFI but TM keep offering free UNIFI speed upgrade from 10 to 30 then 30 to 50.
Remember it, FREE UPGRADE as said by the TM!
Funny thing is, TM upgraded and renewed the contract of my hostel UNIFI without our consent.

Suppose, my hostel can terminate the plan on APRIL 2017 (because the contract ended on APRIL 2017) but due to the "upgrading and renewing" of contract, so the contract date will be pushed to later months.
So, my housemate went to file a complaint to SKMM. The issue was solved by the SKMM as mentioned by them.
When my housemate went to TM place and applied for termination, the TM said the termination is not allowed as the case of termination of contract still opened.
Then, TM said the case requires 14 working days to be investigated.
After 14 days, my housemate went to apply for termination, cakap benda sama je?
TM dragged from APRIL > MAY > JUNE > JULY(now).
The fuc**** TM macam tak kisah langsung their customer's problem. So, that is the quality of their staffs!
Need to sue TM? WOW
