i need some thoughts/opinions on getting a reliable  pc monitor for my sibling. Budget is rm400 and below. Most important is to support fhd reso 1920x1080 and able to push to 75 hz without an issue by lowering resolution in fps games.
Ive came down to these two models samsung and aoc on lazada

my guts tell me to go with the aoc since it uses ips panel,for that price its quite nice.
while the samsung one has 5 ms of response time but the reviews for it aren't convincing so far.

Talking about clickasia, I bought few things from them including in gemfive. All very fast shipping. I guess the problem only arise when you need to claim warranty etc lol

Bought Samsung Evo 500gb from them. The selling page states it's a 5 years warranty. I called Samsung Malaysia to get a confirmation, turns out the warranty period is just merely 6 months. I then immediately filed a return request, however got rejected by ClickAsia saying that they do provide one year seller warranty, without any justification or apology. My complain case is still on-going. Will never buy from this seller again!! Untruthful advertisement. I wouldn't care much if my purchased item is lower price, but Samsung Evo 500gb I bought it at around RM800... and to get 6 months warranty and not 5 years really pissed me off. And it's very hard for me to be convinced that the seller will honour their words for the one year warranty provided judging from how they handle the matter.

Anyway, this is just my experience. Delivery wise, yes they are very spot on on that. Other than that, not so much.

Maybe you can chat live with Sandisk customer support team..but prepare the serial number or product code first..

Stuff like SSD gets imported all the time. Yeap they do not honor international warranty.. Same goes to phone

If you didn't throw the SD sdcard cover which really required for warranty , you can call to sandisk and ask them.The sdcard cardboard cover is the only proof you bought the genius brand.
Which model of evo you bought ? There is no way 5 years become 6 months.
Did you bought evo 840 pr 750 with 3 years warranty and the CAsia falsely advertise 5 years ?
