i got a high value lazada purchase using desktop PC ...
it did not get track under Lazada Visa, instead of the normal lazada
cannot cancel it since it is > 1hour ago ... how

damn ... it will not tag under lazada visa due to i already have item inside my shopping cart
it has to be empty cart
somemore cannot be initiate return back to lazada

can u just reject the delivery ??

this is what shopback support team told me

u log into normal lazada shopback and add some items to cart. Then you login another instance of lazada visa and made payment on the cart item, thats why you not eligible for 20%.

tag it up .. pending case still have not gotten my refund
