The A119 is 70% average more expensive than XiaoYi Dashcam.
Perhaps you want to read more reviews on A119.

The pricing tier for these two models aren't even the same, therefore kinda hard to compare overall.

Maybe better comparison would be Xiaoyi / A118c

I would suggest A119c due the the mass market and support in terms of hardware and software. Least there are a lot of references to troubleshoot the A119c.
