Install spotify, pick favourite songs and play it using Bluetooth..

Install  radio apps on Yr phone and play it out on HU thru Bluetooth..

careful using obd, some ppl from last thread need to go back SC reflash ecu after using 3rd party obd

Dear vios owners, did you guys experienced a tuck tuck sound whenever going left/right while uphill/downhill ? even when i go over a bump with a little speed then the  tuck sound happened. I dont know whether or not that the sound coming from absorbed or what..... When i approached Service center , the guy told me that it is a common problem.  Just recently, they helped me to fixed it but the freaking sound still there, just that the tuck sound now become much more softer.

In conclusion , whenever the absorbed take a certain level of pressure (bump/ up or downhill) that tuck sound occurred.

So sad...... seriously.

For me, use HU for radio news updates and Spotify.. Not focus on the app features, OS too much..

Get from accessories shop or lazada. Wait for cheaper sales 9th September sales. Which may meeting your needs..

TBH, I m not sure.. But if I want to change newer and better HU, I will ensure all features want are there.. Ask / post questions to accessories shop..

But I saw outside accessories shop able to fix to better grade reverse sensors, which solved  wrong falsely detection, or sensor faulty always beeping non stop.. Toyota car got lesser issue compared to similar car segment..

If HU didn't meet your expectation, don't buy HU and install it..
If get from lazada, hard to determine..

Vios 2019 is using H11 for projector headlamp (G Spec). My car is using Buddies Club Accubeam FX LED. However, you can check-out the X-Ray LED. A lot of users gave good feedback for this set and the price is half of the FX that I'm using.

I just service 90k mileage, Vios 2016 E spec (not dual vvti). After service, my shifting gear felt very rough to change from P to N - D. Anyone having the same issue ?

I have no idea. I just follow the service schedule from SC from day 1 until now.

The audio player (head unit) plays an important role in overall sound quality. With the J series although i have yet seen the actual player, it should be the normal 2-din audio with BASS & TREBLE adjustment only vs the E & G  with a touch screen (believe to be JVCKenwood-one of the good once imo)that has more sound settings to play with.(eg: Equalizer bandwith, Bass boost, Sound enhancer & etc)

As for the speakers, I believe it is the same with just an additional two tweeter speakers for G series. These two speakers function is to project clarity of a music/audio which you normally see some people will add two small speakers for extra clarify.

Unfortunately, the Vios J's non-touch screen player does come with sound settings such as Equalizer, Bass boost, Sound enhancer etc. 
Hopefully, the two little extra tweeter speakers in G can bring life to the overall audio experience!
