Then it will recycle again? Or will prompt you that it's full?

Was considering getting a bigger capacity one...

Check out city v, it is better than vios g in term of features. Pricing not much different. Bezza look for bezza advance. Bezza save more petrol than vios.

Guys, sorry if this is a noob question but what is the blue thing (pls refer to pic) and why does it comes on practically everytime I start the car? And it takes some times before going off. Do I need to wait for it to go off before I start driving?

Also, is there a proper way to use the push start button? The SA just told me to press brake and push start.

That is an engine temperature indicator. Blue means engine still cold, red means too hot. I usually drive off when the blue light gone

Yes, you can start your car immediately by pressing brake+push start.

But for me, i like to press push-start once to unfold the side mirror. Once done, i press push-start again to reset fuel injection, scanning all the sensors and other things. After few seconds, usually when airbag light is off, then only i press brake+push start. My only reason to do so, it won't drain the car battery more and to make sure each process will have full operating power.

Again, it is not for argument. Just my personal preference.

Thanks! But what does the airbag indicator looks like blink.gif

Cold – All is still good. The old cars need a little warming up . Modern cars are fine that way. No need to warm up.  If the indicator show red or hot then you should worry need to react fast.

What the SA told u is correct. Press brake and push start. That all.

Thanks!

My old old vios also got that blue light...must be about 11-12 years old now. And it takes much longer to go off. Anyway noted that RED only need to panic.

Guys, got a new microsd for the car cam. Will greatly appreciate advice. Do I need to reformat it? And what is the format to use? Default is exFAT. Is it ok to leave it as exFAT?

We say engine oil not black oil biggrin.gif. I won't look it at better or not. Put it this way. Fully syn last longer than semi. Semi last longer than mineral. Meaning to say, if you are having fully, you are less frequent change oil than mineral.

And of course, mineral is way cheaper than fully and semi.
*
Ok. Thanks. Semi it is then for the engine oil tongue.gif

I left my eco on. But I notice sometime when caught in jam and I stop, the eco indicator will off. Sometimes, when I accelerate after passing through smartag also eco indicator will off...other times it is on most of the time. Is there something wrong?

And also I realise my steering got heavy breathing sound. Noticeable if the radio is off. Like dark vader breathing sound...normal?

I failed to feel any improvement in response if i off the eco. Same again, placebo effect. There is nothing going on apart from displaying the indicator.

I did the traction as well. No difference. Traction is control by braking system. Is either on or off. No other improvement besides that.

How to turn off eco?

Guys, need advice. So I noticed from the docs for 1000km service that my next service is on 29 Jan or 5000km WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.

Thing is, I took 1 month to drive 1000km. Means by the time 29 Jan is only about 3 months means I estimate my mileage to be about 3000km only. How? Do I still need to do my 5000km service on 29 Jan? Cos 1000km service use semi syn.

I expect to hit 5000km first week of April 2019.

Guys if I need to change battery and I decide to do it outside, it wouldn't affect warranty for the car right? Or I need to let Toyota change my battery?

Rf can go through rubber. That is not the reason for battery drainage. The main culprit is because fob will constantly emitting rf even when not in use. It is recommended to turn off spare fob to reserve power.

How to turn off spare fob?

And also can anyone let me know where is the latch to pull up the bonnet? After release can't find latch to pull up bonnet cry.gif

Guys, I need to go for 2nd service which is actually for 5000km although I only hit 3000 now. Anyway, what should I expect for 2nd service and how much is the service?

If need to change oil, continue with semi syn or full syn better?

What else need to do or need to lookout?

Also, I realise that my aircond switches off the coldness quite frequently, especially if I accelerate suddenly and the eco light goes off. I can feel the air blowing out is cool but only for a few seconds then the cold air will be back. Is this normal?

how long is your warranty? do you have 360 camera? if you change HU, toyota might void warranty for electrical faults and i believe changing HU will break the 360 camera
*
How do I know if I have the 360 camera blink.gif I know I can see from top when parking. Normal drive only see front view.

Basically, everything inside car better don't simply change if still in warranty right?
