all of my cars, i like my manual trans gen2. better than vios,city,almeera and whatever cars that fall within the same segment. in terms of performance and handling, gen2 all the way. lucky for me this ride didn't give me much problem. engine still good in it's 13th year.

back to your inquiry. probably there is a problem with your drl controller box.

How many washing can it hold? At the moment I'm using turtlewax hardshell. Last me one wash only. After wash, the wax effect gone. For car shampoo, I'm using pg wash and wax (got promo that time)

Lazy to wax. Looking for wax that can last long...

oh mine is nsp151 comes with iridium as standard. our service schedule only has iridium to be replaced 100k km interval with additional cost rm350

can check here. nsp151 using super cvt-i. for fuel saving and burn better, probably compulsory use iridium.

Variant g comes with acoustic front screen and premium glass security tint.

If you want to tint your car, do the front screen and front sides. Rear and rear sides already sufficient. As you can see, rear ones are darker. Rear passenger feels much cooler than front seater. Tinting front screen might be difficult if you have dashcam or toyota ir smartag transmitter.

Also do take note, putting additional tint may void your existing tint warranty.

Acoustic glass is used to suppress noise. To me i hardly feel the reduction. May be just another marketing campaign.

As for the coating, there was a member mentioned about coating and the cost about rm250. You might want to search previous post.

wah got few things need dismantle. worry later something gone loose get extra sound rattling..

i'm sure if you wrap your car, you still need to wash. except when you wrap, you prevented the original paint from getting scratch while washing. also do consider, deep scratch may peel off the wrap and makes the car looks ugly.

you need rear cam as well. expect the unexpected.

if this kind of accident happened, which you regret not to have between rear disc brake and side airbag? can rear disc brake prevent such accident? though, it's a relief to have a dashcam installed.

sincere condolence to the family involved. the other driver will face 2 charges, false report and causing accident. an extra may be DUI (unlikely but might be)

Why not call sc and ask about it. It would be better to use the one supplied by toyota so the wiring can be done internally. Other brand won't void your warranty as long as not tapping directly to the car internal wiring.

Ps. Call your salesperson and ask about it.

all done before i got my car. i think they done it without dismantling the dashboard. cables gone through pillar. if they did a poor job, you might get new sound originating from the new cables hitting your front screen. that is what i had.

dvr and tng all done together.

and yes i got rattling sound coming from dashboard on the day i got my car.

myvi tng scanner much better and in perfect location. easy access to take out the card in case smartag lane unavailable. easy to check balance as well.
