i know.. hehe .. male aro have bigger pectoral.. body is longer.. mouth is bigger.. jawline drop all the way to the bottom and the bottom part if touch by hand is rugged.. for those experienced enough.. lookin from the top also can tell whether its a female or male.. but judging the tip of the head to the first scale.. based on same size of aro.. the male have bigger and longer head and female have a relatively shorter head from the top.. i still make that mistakes from time to time coz me not enough experience yet.. hehe.. me still learning

female on the contradictionary.. shorter body.. mouth is only 3/4 times as big as the male.. pectoral shorter and when touch the tummy part.. its smooth.. ( tried it and u will know ; somemore must trained the aro to eat from your hand first.. hehe )


for those who wan to mix a green aro with other aro.. this is a true account from my own foolishness..

i once mix a green aro with indo gold.. end up fighting like crazy.. try to seperate each other using divider.. but they take turn to jump over divider and whack again.. so end up put in different tank.. the green aro temperament is quite agreesive compare to silver.. the best to comm a tank is to mix them when they are young around 3-5 inches ( put in odd no like 3 or 5 ) .. and prepare to change tanks a lot of time.. the idea is dont give them space to fight neither give them space to create their own territory.. so have to start with small tank first.. its troublesome and waste money.. but thats the only way to ensure success to a comm tank.. even so there is still a possibility of 15% failling.. so really depends on luck as well.. gud luck brother.. heh...
