I got my car on last year Oct. Less than 1 month started had so many sound come from dashboard. Twice go to proton authorised centre in Salak Tinggi one time in cheras and the last one Proton Edar Juru. Proton Edar Juru technician inform this is known issue from Iriz and since New Persona had the same design so the issue from Iriz will be same to new persona. Since i need to go back KL that time i couldnt leave my car at Juru centre and they advise to bring to COSE to install IPKIT. My car ended up leave at COSE for almost 2 weeks and its all fix. No more sound however the aircond keep blowing to my leg even i had turn off that option.

Bring to Proton Authorised Salak Tinggi they found something stuck below there (which means COSE Technician didnt install IPKIT properly). 4 weeks later the sound from dashboard come back again and i had no more energy to send to service center so i decided to ignore until it gone worst the sound come from the back door.

Bring to Salak Tinggi again they try to tighten all the screw however its not fix. And again i just ignore all the sound. And now new sound come from back. Could say my whole car is super noisy shaking sound. Since i am in penang i send to Proton Edar Juru to check again. Technician had fix few minor sound however still got certain sound they couldnt fix. They had rectify the sound was cause by unproperly install of IPKIT.

I had really stuck on this proton car.

Once you take off the dashboard, your real problem begins. Applicable to almost any car any brand.

If it is not serious, just forget about it. Many times in my case, the sound just disappears by itself after 2-3 months.

If it can be rectified by yourself, just diy. This is better because you know what you have done to your car.

My 2011 persona had sounds at the back, after several months they disappeared. Now after 6 years, not a single sound can be heard, only normal wear and tear. Fuel consumption is ok, not great, just a little bit higher than honda city. But handling far better than other cars.

Sometimes i wonder how pipu can survive in the world. U think escalate to ceo then miraculous your car become benz quality? Even if escalate in the end you just need to skip queue when going to service center la.

U want a better solution? Work harder in life go make more money buy a realiable car then enjoy the better things in life rather than going ti the workshop every month

At first i also wanna buy burukdua. Tapi kawan bapak jual potong kata potong dah improve byk from engine, sound proofing and safety. Manatau the one improve yes its real good...the one didnt improve tu la yg problem😂😂

Exora bold = so many things complaint to sc and so many parts change with warranty. When i say many, means betul betul banyak tak tipu

Axia = lol. Go in sc just to service, never once complaint and claim warranty. It is flawless.
