Anyone manage to figure this out? I saw in the manual provided with the car.

The best part is our manual is printed in Malaysia therefore if it is not an option due to our gomen regulation, it should have been taken out.

QUOTE(belfong @ Jul 30 2017, 03:55 PM) I just tried it. I can't engage the gear out of P if the engine did not start. Not sure how to do this. It does comes with wifi. Ours HU is running on Android 4.2.2. Not able to install anything although there is an installer function. Seems like has to be done via USB onlyAlso, I notice the Infotainment has Wifi in addition to Bluetooth. Does it mean it can support wireless CarPlay in future?! 🤔 |

QUOTE(M_century @ Aug 11 2017, 11:49 PM) Is Honda sensing really useful? I haven't tried it. I felt that it could be useful at times, and also counter productive too I had tested it on hway KL-PG-KL all the way. It does it job but of course you cant fully rely on it. I had a few encounter where suddenly the car change lane in front then i had to apply brake myself as I didnt wait for the car to auto brake. Didnt want to risk. No chance to test the ACC during rain but tried the lane watch during heavy rain and dark. It works. Will the windscreen cost more due to the tech? I also heard from SA that it will not work during heavy rain If it's really smart enough to brake when I really need it, not when I don't need it. I wouldn't mind to pay more than 12k for it No chance to try the LSF yet in town. Ppl might think u r weird as the distance between cars is quite a distance. I had experience in a BMW before with similar thingy and it also has its flaw especially night time. |

QUOTE(cjlim2102 @ Aug 13 2017, 05:17 PM) The video is in the following link. Mine is the same. https://www.dropbox.com/s/0hs8l65yhi6q00l/V...144856.mp4?dl=0 Sound loud rite? Just curious is that normal? How about yours? Guys. Do u notice one issue when u close the doors hard and it will have "woong" sound which the roof vibrates. I notice the roof especially the back part on top of the rear passengers. According to one SC that it is a known issue which our metal roof is too soft |

QUOTE(auronthas @ Aug 14 2017, 05:29 PM) I find it slightly bigger than the ori. The front passenger side does not have the same cutting design as ori. Does belfong one also same? I bought directly from trapo website |

QUOTE(belfong @ Aug 14 2017, 07:28 PM) yeah, I wonder what does Honda do when we send our car for the first 1K service. My SA told me not to bother as they are not doing anything and all your waiting/making appointment is for naught Looking at mine by 8k i need to do oil change. For 1k probably they want to check if everything is ok. For me i had complaints on the paint defects and the rear tail lamp not fitted properly in one side. |

QUOTE(belfong @ Aug 14 2017, 07:34 PM) yeah.. Turbo Charge engine requires more frequent oil change.. so I already have that expectation. Oh, sorry to hear about the paint defects and lamp fitting. Lamp fitting is easy to fix; but paint - how? If they touch up, won't you have patches? They try to polish up and still a few maybe i will talk to the SA what he can do. As i was talking to the SC on the quickest oil change for turbo they have seen so far is about 5000km. He was telling me that traffic jam always will also reduce the mileage of oil change |

QUOTE(Neo_Y @ Aug 15 2017, 09:59 AM) Just did first inspection (1K service) yesterday, only general checking without changing oil. You have lesser mileage than mine. I think it says "distance to oil change to" is 3500+ODO (my understanding). I was told again the the SC on the Service A and B requirements and not to ignore it as it will void the warranty. I know this requirement before i decide to buy the TCP but was hoping to prolong the A to match with B intervals. For those who got no complaint, you may ask the SA to only chop sign the service booklet and run off. (IMO, waste time) There are "SERVICE A" (according to the instrument cluster and it vary depending on your usage) and "SERVICE B" (10K service interval), so when your car prompt you for service maintenance due, you must do your oil change alongside the Honda 10K service interval. My next service said to be on 10K after, but the instrument cluster there shows 3500K. So in my case, I need to do service after 3500K (or the car prompt me to do so), that's the service A and the mileage will be reset (I believe it will show 7k-8k). If I continue driving, eventually, I may do the service A and service B together at 10K mileage. Kind of confusing, hope you guys understand. That is the price to pay driving turbo charged engine. I wonder other conti cars having the same kind of service requirements on their turbo engine. |

QUOTE(belfong @ Aug 15 2017, 04:52 PM) I have no idea what you guys are talking about in regards to Service A and Service B. Care to elaborate further please? To my knowledge, honda's turbo engine is monitored by the computer when the oil change is required which we cannot ignore therefore there is service A. Service B is the regular service every 10k or 6 mth whichever comes first. I just checked my car instrument panel. I have only 747km in Odometer but I have 2700km to go to oil change??! what the heck? Confuse! [attachmentid=9046639] On service A, it should be the driving pattern and also traffic condition. The frequent oil change shall prolong the engine life. i was told by many people that most turbo engine which operate on high pressure/temp will result the engine oil to vaporize (or reduced) overtime. According to the honda SC which service A is to change the oil and not top up. I am not sure if our engine is designed in such way and the frequent change can really help to prolong the engine lifetime since other conti turbo engines doesnt have such requirement. Most new cars nowadays on NA engine will last 10k or 6mth. Only those old ones requires 5k service. Hope it helps to clarify |

QUOTE(shagalot @ Aug 16 2017, 10:55 AM) I am not sure. Maybe we can monitor the dip stick level at the engine. Try to read a bit at civic club page for more understanding as civic got the 1.5 tc engine much earlier than crv. They have quite a bit of explanation on the turbo engine for better idea |

QUOTE(belfong @ Aug 21 2017, 12:59 PM) I like those that came in bright red colour. That way, thiefs can tell from afar that it's no point to steal the rims. Deterrence. Does it come with different colour? Unfortunately just 1 color. One thing good for honda is the key to open these lock nut which if it is lost, it can be reorder again with HM by the serial number of each set. |
