I found an apartment which is sd apartment that i can afford to buy. The question is, the property agent told me that SD Apartment is still master title, and another agent from different company told me that the strata title issued. As i know bank dont finance a property over 10 years and still master title. Any risk of buying? Or how to verify the sd apartment already issued strata title?

bank still finance la...but limited bank like public still accept... as long as the developer/liquidator still active...

to verify u can call developer.. or ask jmb or ask jmb to prove u developer contact.. or google..
