i am considering for cat6 modem which shortlisted b525 and e5186
any comment?
price i can get so far is b525 around at 850 and e5186 around at 650

tested countless time, phone, usb modem, router modem. even with fullbar CA no matter what, starting 8pm till 12am++ slow like hell. even with my super duper CA full bar SINR > 30 @ B525 the lowest speed was 1 mbps with ping 150-160 ms. Upload still great at 15-20 mbps. after 1215-1230 am speed return to normal for 4g+ do.

anyway I dont experieced slow speed at night daily. about once in every 2 or 3 days

hi all, i signed up to infinite 150 and bough E5186 through lazada, i am a digi user but wanted to terminate my astro and use android tv. so far the reception is quite bad, my son's cartoon kept loading

reason why i subscribed to infinite was the unifi port was full at my area, lo and behold i was informed now that the port is open and the installer will come this Saturday, to cut a long story short, where can i sell my E5186 at slightly reduced price? bought at RM798 from lazada. Used it since 30 Oct what is the reasonable re-sell value?

does this mean i pay bill for this month ( november ) or for previous month october. Im asking this cause I wonder if i cancel this plan can i still use for remaining date ( if I already paid for this month ).

Statement on November is ur usage from month of October, therefore, u are paying for previous month. When u terminate, u won't be able to use it on the day of termination.

how bad is the receiving signal?

u can try buy a cheap mimo antenna extend the receiving signal. and u have to go around the house and find a good spot, low or high place.

b525 is better choice as it support fews different CA band vs e5186 only support CA b3+b7 only.

RM798 quiet high price for E5186.

I want to know too.

lazada is sell expensive from local store.... if get from others seller in the FB community group u able to get around RM6xx. B525 around RM8xx.

ya, i read somewhere in the post saying that b525 support B8 combination, besides, not sure any other differences between these 2 models, just wanted to know more whether if it is worth to put extra 200 for b525 instead of e5186

at that time very mah fan want to start using my tv box and don't know where to purchase, so i should re-sell at slightly lower than 6++ lah? i'll wait till my unifi is up and running first. the seller gave free antenna too

yeap..wireless broadband is very mah fan... digi coverage signal are not strong in indoor.

playing around with find a sweet spot. if signal around 1~2bar, mimo antenna can help boost it if located at outdoor.

when digi infinte first open, there was no issue with streaming android box. Nowdays, it's become congested and quite a few times buffer

it doesn't help that the speed sucks for my area too, but it is better than not having internet. at the end, i subscribed to netflix and the load time is a bit better

just search huawei b525 in lazada. the seller is the in famous sing4G. during 11.11 time, got promo price. Used the 11.11 voucher got discount some more. Using cashback program I got extra moolah some more. can buy at taobao or aliexpress. very cheap

I got this issue almost daily from 8pm-12am. once in 2 or 3 days. last night it down to 1 mbps even on 4G+ (full bar) on my B525. ping more than 150ms. after 1230am return to normal. dunno why

Digi really having ping issue for a month still not fixed. no idea what happen...

maybe u can try switch to single band when internet is slow..
