Yea, it is killer plan and digi will be killed too.
It is not the correct time yet...

From insider, it is real that digi enable some config to ensure all resource will go to u when u perform speedtest

(Which cause other users drop speed dramatically)

Hence, dun keep perform speedtest...u are affecting other users connect to same tower as u

Ur download speed is ur best speed. That is all

U shud find other place to test to prove that it is ur location issue but not postpaid 150 issue.

Digi is still workinghard on swapping antenna to have 900mhz enabled. (Slow progress)

My area (oug kl) starting getting 4g+ r3cently due to antenna swap (1800mhz + 900mhz) or added 2600mhz to existing antenna, but still very slow deployment as almost 10 sites still only 1800mhz.

The band 7 signal maybe comes far away from ur location.
U can send me enodeb id / cell and ur location receiving the signal so i can check where is the site...

Of coz, digi map is verrrrrry outdated compared to my database... Ur area might ad having 4g+ long time ago.

Digi has implement CA for its band 8, but only for those site without 2600mhz

Means
1800mhz + 900mhz = CA available
2600mhz + 1800 + 900 = CA for 2600 + 1800

Other telco of coz not doing as they use band 8 for 3g and 2g.... =.=

Dun say till digi guarantee having the 700mhz

Digi for gaming? Wont lag meh?

Modem can help to force the line to only 4g, so ur signal wont drop to 3g. Some modem can force to certain band too.

What info i get is only band 3 n 7 will be equally distributed.
Band 8 is purely standalone channel which u can lock it sometimes for smooth gaming...

It just wont.

For capped speed,
it will behave like streamyx, people will occupy the bandwidth 24x7 to download a video/file if the size is huge

that is why digi 80 is stopped due to 1) people willing to download anything slowly as long as it can be finished download 2) it is cheap (same as gov press)
and these are same reason u mobile gonna stop its p78 also.. (soon)

capped speed is useless for mobile network <---- can be proved by u mobile VIDEO-onz 1.5mbps / maybe for apps-onz too as it has more traffic than video-onz currently


For capped quota,
some people may move out = revenue lost, that is why u mobile has to release p99 to counter digi even though its network like shxt

Mobile network is challenging, every telco marketing knows that there will be at least 1 guy will use the unlimited service happily at certain unutilized tower.
and those tower will become revenue generated instead of keep paying rental/operation cost but serving no one.


For my option, digi wont cut its i150 as its premium customer (east malaysians) may use the infinite package due to fixed broadband is not well covered there...
