QUOTE(blacktubi @ Jul 22 2017, 04:37 PM) Fun fact, a modern smartphone will beat E5186 with antenna. There's a lot of affordable phones with good modem nowadays. one of it I believe is Huawei Nova Lite.. RM700 before discounts/code.. Cat6 modem QUOTE(rhytion @ Jul 22 2017, 04:47 PM) My area does have indoor LTE-A coverage, or maybe I should go for the Netgear AC810s which is RM50 cheaper, but comes with 3CA and LTE Cat 9? Netgear is good with its qualcomm chipset and considered cheaper than huawei.. what worries me it does not have any tool box or software than can lock to bands that we needed unlike huawei.. at least what I have know..

QUOTE(kaiserreich @ Jul 23 2017, 12:22 AM) does nova lite support B3+B7 CA? Later just intraband CA like RN3 if cat6 than most probably can 2CA.. and Huawei is not like Xiaomi who cheapskate in network part..

QUOTE(fruitie @ Jul 25 2017, 04:00 PM) Yeah, I run Speedtest for syok sendiri only. More than enough for my own usage. Four devices connected at the same time with at least one is streaming in background. Still running fast. By the way, lucky for me, ordered my stuff yesterday and today already getting ready to send to Malaysia. Hopefully can reach me by this Friday or else early next week. B618 is it?

QUOTE(momuchi @ Jul 26 2017, 04:34 PM) My area, apartment 2 only can get 16mbps with RN3 phone, only 300-500 meter from Substation, if change to e5186s.. can boost speed ah? you should if your place is surround or near lte-a area.. in my case the story a bit funny.. my place is 4th floor flat.. not even an LTE-A area in digi website.. tested with my Mi Max able to get around 17Mbps.. tested with MR3420 + E3272 can get around 20 to 30Mbps.. last night tested with Samsung A7 with 3CA.. able to get 52Mbps.. the funny part is that the signal will show 4G+ in the midlle of the house not near window which I found it as amusing

QUOTE(rhytion @ Jul 26 2017, 05:01 PM) I wonder whether I could also get such speed with a Netgear AC810S (3CA, Cat 11), getting nearly 16Mbps without 4G+ currently. EDIT: Any recommended outdoor 4G antenna with a TS-9 connector? most probably can bro.. just that before spending find the sweet spot of the router with 2CA/3CA phone.. find mine and it is in the middle of the house and one more thing is that you have to verify ac810s CA is working.. unlike huawei where it has some toolbox to refer, netgear I really don't find any concrete solution.. close one is at-command.. kindly share if you have any info

QUOTE(wanttobuylaptop @ Jul 31 2017, 01:01 PM) Htc u11, previously on Samsung s6 and note 5. Btw digi volte is available for note 5, just tested. it's weird the 4G+ sign doesn't showed up.. in Samsung note 5 case you need to upgrade to nougat in order to get "+" though in marshmallow it does support 4G+.. QUOTE(coolstore @ Aug 1 2017, 11:13 AM) should be end on 31/8/2017 judging from their website information, somemore free lazada rm20? haha, many being fooled again rush in before 31/7 like webe..extend, extend and extend... yeah.. in digi website still stated 31st July 2017 or until such period to be determined by Digi.. that is very vague.. and I agree with you bro.. they will extend like webe.. all this date is to rush users to subscribe this plan..

QUOTE(momuchi @ Aug 1 2017, 03:11 PM) Ok thanks bro! QUOTE(khainiz94 @ Aug 1 2017, 03:38 PM) Already research it. Quite good. It supports all bands used by Malaysia. For 4 major telcos: TDD-LTE B3/B7/B8 all supported. Yes 4G also supported: FDD-LTE B38/B40. Maybe you can ask anyone how the performance of TP Link in other forums or in here whether the WiFi performance is good enough. I don't have enough experience in TP Link because my router at home use Asus but connect to Streamyx. that one terbalik.. FDD should be B3/B7/B8.. TDD B38/B40

QUOTE(Codroy @ Aug 3 2017, 09:13 PM) I got around 20-25MB with my mate 8 as modem. If I use E5786, can it increase my speed compare to use my phone as modem? You can try but I doubt it will give any significant differences as both are the same; support 2CA.. same brand just different platform..
