Smart casual
No singlet (must cover whole body and shoulder, showing elbow down is ok. Polo-T is fine)
No short pants (must cover whole leg)
No slipper/anything showing toes (no toes and heels showing)

For event at a 5-star hotel but dress code says smart casual. working shirt with coat but no tie acceptable?
*
Working shirt + coat + tie = formal
working shirt + coat without tie = business casual
Polo-T + Jeans/long pants + full cover shoes (sport shoes/walking shoes) = smart casual
