1400 units in 16acres....you wont find condo like this anymore at this DNA. the only problem is carpark or lack of it.

at 10 years old most condo units interior due for refurbishment. not very likely to get a newly renovated unit in lelong.

sorry to burst your bubble but carpark isnt that big a deal if you are familiar with this condo and its surroundings ie kampung warisan, one jelatek punya tenant profile. many carless or 1 car expat families.
