10 yrs old condo you already called aged building?????
wonder how many of those current launched condos will be aged in coming years???????
1400 units in 16acres....you wont find condo like this anymore at this DNA. the only problem is carpark or lack of it.
Most condos start getting tired once they are 5 years and old upon 10 years. Wear and tear, older design and layout plus the facilities tend to be tired and worn out. wonder how many of those current launched condos will be aged in coming years???????

In some areas a condo becomes old even sooner than that, can be as soon as a new building is built next to it. Certainly the case in most parts of Bukit Jalil and MK.
Most condos in the FT only came with 1 carpark as standard. The building code and town planning ordinance allows this peculiarity. More than 1 carpark usually for bigger units only and it wasn't unusual for there to be no carpark for some units as well.
