The hoise is 20yrs old .doesnt mean the lease period is 99 less 20 yrs.
To be too risky to buy such lishold property. Mk capital appreciation berri slow. Seri maya lower class.... Why dun you check bangsar older condo? Or section 16 or 19 (5stones, ameera.....fh). |

for condo leasehold somehow I can stomach....especially those in KL city center or other hot areas...bcos condo you cant renovate inside out...unlike bungalows or smds and to some extend, link house.
I just set a trash hold on leasehold properties....... |
