QUOTE(arj @ Dec 8 2007, 04:09 PM) Free 12 HD-DVDs? I think its only 10. Cuz 300 and Bourne Supremacy comes in the box, while you can choose 3 other titles with the shipment. The balance 5, you gotta do a Mail In thing and wait 4 to 12 weeks to process. I bought 2 Toshiba A35 1080p player from amazon. Waiting for it to reach me on the 17th. My nephew will be bringing it back for me. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

QUOTE(arj @ Dec 10 2007, 02:01 PM) Hehehe. If not mistaken, someone is doing a bulk here.QUOTE(terranova @ Dec 11 2007, 08:16 PM) These Tosh players don't have auto voltage psu right? That means you'd probably use a stepdown convertor .... is that advisable for delicate electronics? Would really like to know as that's the only thing stopping me from getting it. Thanks. My Nintendo Wii and Xbox360 HD-DVD add-on are both US units. Both using step down. No problem whatsoever. (touch wood)This post has been edited by ps360: Dec 11 2007, 09:19 PM |

There are a couple titles I am interested in, but my gut feeling tells me to wait for the amazon christmas/boxing day sale. So, gonna wait it out this time around.

QUOTE(terranova @ Dec 19 2007, 01:23 PM) Sure. But that gotta wait till tomorrow when I will finally open them. Now they are still at the same spot in the photo, sitting quietly in my living room. QUOTE(stringfellow @ Dec 19 2007, 01:29 PM) Edit: HD-A30 is USD299 here with 10 free HD-DVDs, 2 in the box, 3 from Toshiba promo, and 5 mailed in. Yeah. Thats the same deal I got from amazon. But got screwed by the 5 mail in thinggy.Seems u can't request for 2 sets of HD-DVDs if you purchased them under one name or address. Man! If only I've read the fine print before making my purchase. Would have sent one to the neighbour instead. Damn! |
