(3) Coating inspector as far i'm concern is good to have but not critical, normally they work under painting n coating company like IP, Jotun, etc. or company that do blasting n painting, my vendor got both NACE n BGAS. Yg laku if got API 570, 510, 650, 653 (normally these inspectors will have CSWIP n NDT as well). API 571 and 580 is also good for addon

Later downstream got few expansion job for refinery especially for Euro5M, there is also rumour for new terminal project to follow after new MPP pipeline from Johor to North region
