Country Garden Diamond City is becoming more and more occupied. Mostly Chinese staying there. Even the Shopping Street near the clubhouse got new buisnesses move into the shops. So much more better occupancy then when first launch. Even new phases (double storey link/terrace) are being built and completed.
These area in Semenyih (Broga Side) got lot of new projects, U City Semenyih@Midlands City Semenyih, Setia Mayuri, Mahkota Township, Eco Forest and existing projects like Tiara East, Univillage, Clover Homes etc. Even inside Taman Tasik Semenyih got new projects going on. I went to showroom yesterday and fully sold for terrace house and put me in waiting list. I am so surprised the selling price RM1mil if no rebate.
