Yes.. that is why need to find a housing area which has quick access to Silk highway without going thru the hassle main road.. if the township has all the amenities, one don't have to go to semenyih town to run errands as well..

Maybe keep cash in FD for now and wait till the next cycle.. unless i am able to spot a good prop with very good price den only hantam..

Really quite expensive for the new phase. Terrace double storey 720k onwards.the place environment is good. But when i do some research about this developer, in china this developer background not so good. Many ppl say they cheat money , the property quality very bad😂

Yes, affect big area, but the source is just right at the north-west of diamond city.
The new development seems to be even nearer to the source. (You can see the both quarry area & diamond city in google map)
So if you are looking for a house there, choose one further away from the source.
Definitely don't stay at the apartment/condo in diamond city, as the odor move above the sky (if you have seen the fb page, you can see the air pollution covering the whole sky above diamond city in one of the pic)
Landed, it depends, usually at night when the air is heavy (high moisture), it will push the odor down, that's why the owners group complaint about the smell middle of the night.
