1) Grill for Main Door 8' x 4' 2) Sliding Glass Door in bathroom 6' x 7' 3) kitchen cabinet base unit 10ft quartz stone 10 ft , wall unit 5ft ( 3g door / melamine) Thank you. |

Hi, just wondering what can I do if the contractor took the money (70%) but fail to deliver. First payment 50% to start. Second payment 20%. For this second payment is for material. But I don't see the material. He also delay the project for few weeks. Not answering my call or whatsapp. Last week he say he will complete but he only install the fan. What should I do? Where can I go to report this problem?
I am planning to go to his office and factory and ask for full refund. Do I have the right to do so? He has cause a lot of stress to me and time checking with him. |

remove existing partition wall and make 2 room become 1 room 
 
 
re-wiring 
plaster back the wall partition 
 
waiting it dry 
 
install new wiring for mirror and lighting 
Ikea mirror 
 
adding new power point direct from DB 
 
skim back wall after conceal new wiring 
wait it dry again
