A lot of businesses have to close shop simply they cannot find workers.

All my foreign workers are rejected from coming back to Malaysia after they return. Because Bijan wanted to *create* jobs for local.

But he doesn't aware that these are the 3D jobs that local worker doesn't want to do.

I sort of remembered there was a thread about this Tim Ho wan not sedap and not worth the price.

So its not just location. Taste not up to par also can kill fnb business.

Sorry.. tim ho wan at hatten square still operating. Francaise holder is singaporean & not msian which owned 1u & mid valley.

I've yet to try tim ho wan msia but tried their Hong Kong HQ last Dec. Well, I can confirmed it's so so even in hk. No wonder kenot fight wth other dim sum in KL. Price wise, hk ~ hk25. More expensive than msia tim ho wan!

Yes, correct. Cannot just blame economy when some franchise closed. Have to look at other factors such as taste, local preference etc.

sebanrnya kompeni besar mcm ni mmg harapkan sales dari walk in tempat yg di sewa tu je. so promosi ke website ke apa diorang x prefer nak buat. kind of this bisnes (fancy + harga mahal) only survive at high volume location. eg. mall.

For the brands listed, there are much better alternatives with more reasonable prices. So no loss there.
