many years ago maybe its cheaper ... now the cost of properties in Seremban can match the price in KL/Selangor
If I'm going to travel 1 hour to work and pay so much for a house I mind as well get one nearer to the city |

Recently vp seremban 2 DSL price bought 2.5 y ago was more expensive compare with current developer launching price.

Seremban is only 60km to KL so it is considered an outskirt. Development won't be like standalone cities e.g. Penang or JB.

basically, Seremban areq is good environment to stay if you are working in Serremban itself. However, if working in KL and back to Seremban, traffic is damm very very heavy during working hours on and off at least 2 hours.
If you are using byte, it tools about ah hour still not bad |

I see some compare muar here. why not compare Kangar, stay in kangar that is between Hatyai and Langkawi, then can travel to HatYai or Langkawi everyday.
