yes, the system will auto invest when your BTC hit the value for USD 13.50

The reinvest function will use your bitcoin payout to automatically buy additional hashrate at the current price of bitcoin.
It will do it automatically everyday if your daily payout is big enough to purchase 1 MH/s.
You have to stop the reinvest function manually, otherwise it will continue reinvesting your payouts into additional hashrate.

1. You get cheaper LTC hence lower your purchase cost or vice versa
