Q: Do you have a roadmap for future developments?
A: We've already finished the features such as digital asset, digital identity, smart contract, complier and dev pack for C# /VB.NET/F#/Java/Kotlin. And in the end of 2017, we gonna finish the yellowpaper and incubat more project of DApp and then we will improve the implementation of smart contract development by Java/Kotlin. At the beginning of 2018, NeoX, NeoFS, NeoQs are our most important works.


Q:NEO vs GAS has been the hot topic for the last few weeks. There are many who argue: why buy 1 NEO to generate 1 GAS (in about 22 years) when you can buy GAS right now and for cheaper.
What is your team's opinion on that view?
A: the NEO holder will get benefits in two ways: one is each block will reward to him so that if he hold 1 neo and keep 22 years so as to get 1 gas. On the another hand, he will get benefits from the gas consuming of the users of NEO system. If no one use the system, he will just get 1 gas after 22 years with 1 neo. But you can imagine if more and more users for the NEO system, how much the NEO holder will get, much more than the first way, right?


Q:Hi Guys. Could you please comment on if NEO (not onchain) has any OFFICIAL relationship/deals with china GOV? Is there actual real in writing support from any branch of government to use the NEO plaftorm? If not have you had any informal talks with any government entities and if so which ones? Many thanks!
A: NEO as an open-source community project has no official relationship with Chinese government. Likewise, I don't know any other public blockchains have official relationship with their government.


Q: Please clarify the rumors regarding NEO's affiliations with companies like Alibaba and Microsoft. There is much speculation but little in the way of hard facts, can you please expand upon these?
A: There is no direct cooperation between Alibaba and NEO/Onchain, other than their mailbox service is using Law Chain to provide attested email service. In terms of Microsoft, yes we have cooperation with Microsoft China because NEO is built with C# and .NET Core, and NeoContract is the first in the world to support writing smart contract with C#.

I received Genesis eth payout for 21st July.

22 to 27 still missing.

My eth payout for 15th August didnt get credited into my wallet. The payout section say is successful but when i view transaction, it showed transaction error.

I had submited my query to support but yet to get any reply from them.

Anyone experienced this issue?

It had been 2 days without without any payout received at my wallet since the 15th August payout shown at the payout section on 18th August.

Now cant do anything now except waiting for support reply.

Some update on Giga Watt mining. I had emailed to ask about L3+ deployment.

Your L3's will show up in your dashboard when they arrive at the facility for set-up and deployment. You will need to create your user account at www.giga-watt.com using purchased email.

You can transfer your WTT tokens if they have been issued. Batch 1 and 2 tokens have already been issued, next batch scheduled to be distributed September 1.

Same for me also. Lets just wait for the miner shipment and then transfer wtt token from cryptonomos to start mining.

My eth payout transaction from genesis encountered 2 times error. Already emailed to support but no action is taken. I already give up on genesis and wrote it off as loss investment.

I had sold 3 nos. L3+ to another Gigawatt user through internal ownership transfer.

My miners arrived at Gigawatt facility last week. Pod construction completion get delayed for about 6 weeks or longer from now.

Best choice is to sold off your miner at gigawatt and wait for the pod to be completed. It is better to sell first than to leave them collecting dust , losing potential profit and longer ROI.

You can always buy back miner after the pod is completed. Anyone bought miner from gigawatt and havent ready for deployment?

My miners were sept 20 batch and WTT batch 4 token.

I get to know the buyer from gigawatt support telegram group. He is also one of the wtt token holder and bought miner from gigawatt.

He is not affected by the pod delay because he lives neaby the facilities and will take miner to his house for mining while waiting the pod completion.

I sold 3 nos. L3+ miner to him at my cost price because i was fed up about the delay and losing money due to loss of potential profit. Just want to move on and closed this cased as soon as possible without thinking to profit from the miner sales.

I will never want to involved into cloud mining or facilities deployment due to bad experienced in Genesis cloud mining and Gigawatt.

We are better off trading the coins or buying the miner ourselves for mining at our place. The non payment from genesis and delay for gigawatt had depreived me of sleep and constantly worried on the losses. 😨
