Is it worth buy apartment as mention above for homestay?
Price RM158,000.00
Location near aeon klebang ipoh perak
Developer casa idaman
Maintenance fee charge RM85.00 monthly gym, clubhouse and if i am not mistaken got swimming pool also
This is my second properties
Apartment 850sqft 6 storeys with lift klebang ipoh
